Binding General Terms and Conditions for IBMS® and IBMS® MS™ (T&Cs)

By joining, each member automatically agrees to accept and abide by the current terms and conditions as well as membership guidelines. Absolute loyalty, respect, and reliability towards IBMS® and IBMS® MS™ are fundamental requirements for all members. Each member, upon joining, confirms their clear understanding and acceptance that:

IBMS® is about “defining and eliminating the root cause for every negative result in human existence and in every area of life™”. IBMS® coaching, training, therapy, and application are exclusively for informational and application support, and coaching for self-help. By joining, the member confirms that they understand and accept that IBMS® and IBMS® MS™ offer exclusively help for self-help. It is not therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, etc. IBMS® is purely informational, designed to help the user create the life they deserve by themselves. All information from member meetings, training calls, and the internal member website are exclusively for members only. All information is protected by copyright, patent law, and/or trademark law. Anyone who passes on internal information, telephone numbers, email addresses to unauthorized persons is guilty of violating copyright and trademark law, breach of contract, etc. Any damaging statement or action against IBMS®, IBMS® MS™ or against Dr. Leonard Coldwell and the IBMS® team is prohibited. Anyone who acts in a manner that is damaging to business, insulting or defamatory against IBMS® or its management, team or membership can be excluded from membership without replacement and, if necessary, held legally accountable. All personal information that the member receives about other members through or during IBMS® and IBMS® MS™ events is absolutely confidential and secret. The knowledge learned about IBMS® is confidential and secret but can be applied to life partners, children, and friends, but cannot be taught or instructed. We expect each member to be honest and helpful, polite and courteous, and above all supportive of other members. Members help and support members and members help members first is the motto. It is strictly forbidden to promote or sell personal goods, services, or offers as part of the IBMS® MS™ events. IBMS® is self-help training and application training! IBMS® is absolutely not suitable for accident damage or acute health disorders. IBMS® is not suitable for people with severe treatment damage and never for people who are in psychiatric treatment or under the influence of mind-altering drugs of any kind. Membership in sects is expressly prohibited. IBMS® does not judge, does not condemn, and has no religious affiliations. Membership in sects is prohibited for IBMS® members. IBMS® does not influence or manipulate. The goal is to help the user find and live their true personality. Based on their own talents, abilities, desires, dreams, and needs. IBMS® accepts and respects every person as they are and want to be. We expect the same from members towards other members.

All business is conducted with the respective companies. Dr. Leonard Coldwell assumes no responsibility for the use of his statements, information, instructions, techniques or therapeutic methods. Information in his seminars, books and publications of any kind, including internet publications etc. No guarantees of any kind are given. All results are individual and personality-related and exclusively the result of the decisions and actions of the user. Each member and each IBMS® Coach® is responsible for their own work, clients, income, results, etc. Any form of association of IBMS® Coach®es without the written permission of Dr. Leonard Coldwell within the IBMS® Coaches® or members is absolutely prohibited. (This refers to regular meetings or other meetings or group formation that take place using the IBMS® or IBMS® MS™ logo or name and are not carried out directly by IBMS® or IBMS® MS™.) Networking within the members is, however, permitted and desired, as far as this is mutual life help, friendship or support in the private sphere and does not serve to poach members or advertise something outside of IBMS® MS™. Affiliated companies such as the Cancer Patient Advocate Foundation (Krebspatienten Advokat Foundation), a state-recognized, non-profit, non-profit organization, is like other affiliated institutions, independently responsible. IBMS® is a USA company based in the USA. Only American law applies. All legal matters must be handled through the court in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA and are binding. German or other law does not apply and can never be applied. In the event of a violation, the member or ex-member must pay all incurred and incurred lawyer, court and damage costs for IBMS®. Members have no say!

All information and techniques provided by IBMS® are exclusively for self-help, training for personal development or for research purposes! IBMS® training, training and coaching, does not replace diagnosis, therapy, treatment or prevention, the advice or treatment by a licensed therapist, doctor or alternative practitioner, although this is usually a waste of time anyway. However, IBMS® therapists are attending and licensed physicians who have special training and approval. IBMS® Coaches® are therapists of life and help the user exclusively with information transfer and application help and coaching to bring themselves to the desired level in every area of life. The specification for IBMS® coaching is specified by the user. The IBMS® Coach® only works according to the client’s specifications and does not make any own decisions regarding the target specification. IBMS® Coaches® do not rate, judge or condemn. IBMS® is the complete acceptance of the client in all areas of his life, his decisions and actions. All results from IBMS® coaching are the sole result of the user or client.

All gifts, samples, goods, etc. sent to us become our sole property. All things or information handed over become our property upon handover. Documents, manuscripts, products, etc. will be safely disposed of if they are no longer needed by us. We do not send anything back and assume no responsibility for documents and products handed over to us, we do not pay for anything and also assume no responsibility for storage, etc. We never make any exceptions or refunds. The organizer is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of cancellations of the event that are not the responsibility of the organizer. There are generally no refunds, but replacement events at a later date. There are no early terminations and if you have not canceled at least 30 days before the end of the membership, you agree that the membership will automatically be extended for another year. IBMS® may not be used, connected, or mixed with other systems or teachings. Anyone who wants another form of treatment in addition to IBMS®, such as medical or psychotherapeutic treatments or consultations, is not suitable for IBMS® Coaching® as it would neutralize each other. With the exception of IBMS® nutrition and health teachings. Practicing or promoting any form of organized religion or parts thereof within our meetings or IBMS® activities, or promoting religion, religious communities, as well as practicing manipulation such as NLP, hypnosis and other crimes against humanity, will result in immediate expulsion from IBMS® MS™. The same applies to membership in sects such as Scientology etc., which also automatically leads to expulsion. Any form of poaching of IBMS® members is prohibited.

During all events with Dr. Leonard Coldwell, the recording of film and sound material by the participants is strictly prohibited. All events and publications with Dr. Leonard Coldwell are protected by copyright and trademark. All photos, videos, etc. made by IBMS® are the property of IBMS® MS™ USA. Copyright is always the property of IBMS® USA. Unauthorized disclosure of the content, whether orally or in writing, is prohibited. Anyone who disrupts or hinders the course or execution of the training courses, seminars, workshops or events in any way will be excluded from membership and participation in any activities of IBMS® MS™ without any claims for reimbursement or compensation. The same applies to any demonstrated dislike or public criticism of IBMS® MS™ and all associated institutions or executives. Negative gestures, behavior or comments that prevent other members from participating in the event without disruptions can be excluded from participation or/and membership without any reimbursement of costs. The same applies to events and promotions by Dr. Leonard Coldwell. By registering or participating in IBMS® or IBMS® MS™ or Dr. Leonard Coldwell events, training courses, seminars, member meetings, etc., you irrevocably agree that all sound recordings, photos or video recordings that depict your image, likeness, voice or your person in any form may be used, published and disseminated by IBMS® and/or affiliated persons. The copyright and all rights to all recordings made by or during the aforementioned events are irrevocably transferred from you to the organizer(s). In particular, all participants allow the use for advertising in any form. The organizers are not responsible in the event that events are canceled or do not take place due to force majeure or reasons that the organizer has no influence on and for reasons that the organizer is not responsible for. Defamation, insults or negative statements against or from IBMS® or Dr. Leonard Coldwell and/or its employees, as well as any form of conduct that is detrimental to business, will result in exclusion without any reimbursement.

Anyone who opposes IBMS® MS™ or Dr. Leonard Coldwell or spreads negative things in any way will be excluded from membership. Any association and any form of members whose aim is to oppose the interests of IBMS® MS™ or Dr. Leonard Coldwell will also lead to exclusion from membership.

All IBMS® institutions or components are organized as private companies. Only the president or CEO of the respective company has absolute decision-making and directive authority. All decisions made by the founder of IBMS®, Dr. Leonard Coldwell, regarding ALL IBMS® components, companies and guidelines, are final and binding. Members who have become lifelong members through a family member and who do not behave negatively according to the meaning, purpose or idea of IBMS® and the specifications of Dr. Leonard Coldwell or disrupt the society process, events, etc. or behave rudely and unkindly towards employees or members or who cannot actively participate in the exercises of the live events will be excluded from participation in further events or membership without warning and or removed from the room. Anyone who negatively influences the course of IBMS® events through their behavior, derogatory remarks or disruptions of any kind can be excluded from participation or membership without replacement. Any behavior that damages IBMS® MS™ will result in exclusion and the person will be liable for any damage caused. The lifelong member who has registered relatives for lifelong membership is fully responsible for the actions and behavior of these people. IBMS® does not make any promises of success or guarantees of any kind. Each result is the result of the decisions and actions of the user or member. Members or event participants have no recourse claims. Any communication between management and members is confidential and protected by IBMS® copyright and may not be passed on to other members or outsiders. No one may make inquiries for others or write in their place or for them. There are no collective emails, which means: No email can be sent from a group or for a group. All emails must be sent separately by each individual member personally to the appropriate responsible IBMS® office. Any form of defamation, insult or negative statements or statements to other members or outsiders is prohibited. Any violation can result in civil or criminal consequences and/or to exclusion without replacement. Any form of organized incitement to rebellion or extortion or gathering against IBMS® MS™, their founder, president or CEO or executives of these organizations will result in exclusion and/or legal consequences. Any form of badmouthing can lead to exclusion. Any form of espionage as well.

By paying the membership fee or payments for training courses or events, you bindingly acknowledge the currently valid terms and conditions of all IBMS® or Dr. Leonard Coldwell. Discounts cannot be combined; only one discount can be used at a time. All commission claims must be made no later than 4 weeks after the claim. Any communication between members and IBMS®, IBMS® MS™ or Dr. Leonard Coldwell, even in extracts, are confidential and protected by copyright and/or trademark law. The duty of confidentiality and copyright protection continue to exist even after the end of the membership. Any publication or passing on of confidential or official information or correspondence is prohibited.

All names, logos, designations, abbreviations, internal terms, abbreviations, trademarks, trademarks, copyrights and patent-protected elements are and will always remain exclusively the property of Dr. Leonard Coldwell. Any permitted use may be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons. Nobody has a contractual relationship with or to Dr. Leonard Coldwell. All contracts and business relationships are with IBMS® or the corresponding institution based in the USA. Legal forms of IBMS are LLC, INC, Foundations and or Corporations. Jurisdiction for all legal matters is Charlotte NC, USA. All legal matters must be in writing and by registered mail to: IBMS 112-A Argus Lane Suite 314, Mooresville, North Carolina 28117 USA or they will be deemed not delivered and null and void. Only American law applies. Jurisdiction for all legal matters and all matters relating to IBMS and IBMS MS or Dr. Leonard Coldwell is exclusively Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. USA law and American legislation apply. All elements mentioned here are binding. All members and IBMS® coaches are obliged to read the current terms and conditions at least once a week. The latest version is valid and binding.
